Return & Refund Policy

Flowers are living things. Their beauty is real because it’s temporary.

Because of this, all floral sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for flowers that have aged, wilted, or changed after delivery or pickup. This includes arrangements that last fewer days than expected – flower longevity varies based on stem type, environment, care, and seasonality.

That said, if there is an issue with your order at the time of delivery or pickup – for example:

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged flowers

  • Missing elements

Please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and brief description. If the issue is due to an error on our end, we’ll make it right through a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.

We cannot offer refunds or remakes for:

  • Natural aging of flowers

  • Personal preference or change of mind

  • Variations in color, bloom stage, or stem availability

  • Care-related issues after delivery or pickup

Each arrangement is designed with intention, care, and seasonal awareness. By placing an order, you acknowledge and honor the nature of fresh flowers – fleeting, expressive, and never meant to be permanent.
