Weddings,

by Ash + Ether

Weddings that reflect your story — not a formula.

My Approach

I approach each wedding as a singular body of work. I don’t reuse designs or build from templates — every arrangement, installation, and table is conceived specifically for the people it’s meant for.

My process begins with listening. I spend time understanding your story and what you love — the details that matter to you, the references you’re drawn to, and what you want your wedding to feel like when you’re actually in it, not just how it looks in photographs. From there, I interpret your ideas and inspirations, refining them into something cohesive and personal rather than copied or overly literal.

This kind of work takes time. It requires attention, revision, and care at every stage — from concept to sourcing to installation. Because of that, I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season, ensuring that each one receives the depth of focus it deserves.

What I Offer

My work often includes ceremony structures, floral arches, ground installations, sculptural arrangements, and large-scale moments that transform a room or landscape. I’m comfortable designing across a wide range of scales and settings, and I think carefully about how guests move through a space, where their attention naturally lands, and how flowers can guide that experience throughout the day.

Because everything is designed from scratch, there’s flexibility in how flowers show up. Sometimes that means building a statement piece that anchors the ceremony and is later reworked for the reception. Other times it means concentrating florals in a few key moments rather than spreading them thin across every table. I’m always looking for creative ways to reuse and re-imagine florals so the impact carries through the entire event.

I care far more about impact than excess. Flowers don’t need to be everywhere to be effective — they need to be placed with intention. I’ll help you decide where florals will matter most, and where restraint will actually make the design stronger, so the overall effect feels considered, cohesive, and personal rather than obligatory.

A minimum investment of $4,444 applies to wedding florals.

The Process

Initial Inquiry Call — 30 minutes (Video)

We begin with a complimentary video call. This is a chance for us to meet face to face and talk through your date, venue, priorities, and overall vision. You’ll have space to ask questions about my work and how I approach weddings, and I’ll get a sense of what you’re drawn to and what matters most to you.

During this conversation, I can usually give you a realistic sense of what’s achievable within your budget, where there may be room to stretch, and how different design choices affect the overall scope. This call isn’t a sales pitch — it’s about mutual clarity and deciding whether it makes sense to move forward together.

Design & Direction — $222

If we continue, the next step is a dedicated design phase. This goes far beyond a mood board.

I begin by contacting your venue to understand their rules, restrictions, and logistics — what’s allowed, what isn’t, and what needs advance approval. I research seasonal availability for your date and identify specific flowers that support your vision while making sense for the time of year. I develop a clear design direction and create a custom presentation with visual references, notes, and recommendations that reflect the overall tone of your wedding.

From there, I put together itemized proposal options that show exactly what’s being considered and what it costs — bouquets, installations, reuse opportunities, and any additional services. This work is done so you can clearly see how different elements fit together and decide how you want your budget allocated, rather than guessing or committing blindly.

The $222 design fee is applied toward your final floral total if you move forward.

Planning & Execution

Once your design is finalized, I remain closely involved throughout the planning process and into the wedding week. I do not double-book weekends, which allows my attention to stay focused where it belongs — on executing your wedding with care, precision, and intention.

Next Steps

If you’re interested in working together, the first step is to schedule a complimentary video consultation. This is a chance for us to meet, talk through your ideas, and see if working together feels like the right fit.

I take on a limited number of weddings each season, and inquiries are reviewed personally.
